Our Ministries
In Christianity, ministry is an activity carried out by Christians to express or spread their faith, the prototype being the Great Commission. Members of the church respond to God’s call through many different forms of service.
YOUTH MINISTRY
Then people brought little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked them.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
Matthew 19:13-14

Our aim is to empower and faithfully disciple youths to a lifelong faith in Jesus Christ, to walk together with integrity and authenticity. We are passionate about youths recognizing that they are the future tomorrow, to help them know Christ and to make Him known.

We care deeply about God's mission and serving our youths, and we believe a solid understanding of the bible is foundational for our youths. As scripture confirms, some of our most meaningful fruit is to sacrificially give of our time, talent and money in order to share the love of God to those who may be the most unloved. When we do this, God's kingdom will be dramatically and radically furthered on this earth for His glory.
MARRIAGE PREPARATION
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Ecclesiates 4:12

Marriage is woven into the very fabric of our world and if a marriage is strong or struggling, it impacts our lives tremendously. At Empowered to Win Ministry Canada, our mission is to strengthen marriages by providing life-changing, Christ-centered resources. We are purposeful in seeking God and listening for His guidance throughout every level. As well, we are resolute to honor God through every encounter and in every matter for the purpose of leading couples to Christ-centered marriages, provide a place for couples to strengthen their faith, spend time together and build a community.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you. Solomon 4:7

Our women’s ministry exists to assist in nurturing, encouraging and equipping women to faithfully and fully use their God-given gifts to glorify God. Our desire is to see women cultivate a greater personal dependence on God. We are choosing to live biblically and intentionally in every season of our lives as women whose compass is the Word of God along with time spent in prayer.
Our hope is to embody the woman described in Titus 2, beginning in our homes and extending into the church as we set Godly examples and encourage the younger women to pursue holiness.
MEN'S MINISTRY
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
1 Timothy 4:12

At Empowered to Win Ministry Canada, it is our passion to raise up men of character and faith to be a testimony in this world. Men who will follow Christ wholeheartedly, can manage their homes, resources and relationships with integrity, thus becoming the kind of man God wants them to be.
As men have a special calling on their lives as spiritual leaders that God has given to them, we are focused on cultivating and reproducing impactful men of God who understand their Kingdom identity, calling and purpose, who can say: “as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord”.
VOLUNTEER MINISTRY
Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3:18
It is our goal to help you:
- Discover how God has designed you to serve Him and others.
- Be fruitful and fulfilled in a place of service that fits you best.
- Grow toward full maturity as a follower of Jesus Christ through serving. This Volunteering Ministry will let you know who you are and how God has shaped you for ministry by volunteering and helping others in the church family and community. Growing as an individual encourages a servitude spirit.
PASTORAL SUPPORT
Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God,[a] which he bought with his own blood. Acts 20:28
Ministering through a biblically sound sermon is unquestionably essential. Ministering through a personal touch is equally valuable for those who would like someone to pray with during times of crisis, when struggling with difficulty, or experiencing emotional pain. Pastoral support at ETWMC provides prayerful, caring support to members and those close to them who are experiencing the familiar trials and changing circumstances of life such as illness, incapacitation, unemployment, parenting concerns, retirement, aging, divorce and bereavement. They have all been at a place in life with challenges therefore allowing them to listen with understanding and not evaluation or judgment.
SINGLES MINISTRY
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”

We endeavour to empower singles to become fully devoted followers of Christ where focus is on teaching the Word of God for spiritual nourishment, encouragement, correction and life transformation. We believe that everyone is a valuable part of the body of Christ, with unique needs, gifts and opportunities to contribute. God will be faithful to direct you in your journey as you look to Him for guidance. Simply put, this ministry is a spiritual entity where single adults can come together to seek God's purpose for their lives.
